Chengdu Sports Centre

Chengdu Sports Centre Stadium (Simplified Chinese: 成都市体育中心) or Sichuan Provincial Sports Centre (Simplified Chinese: 四川省体育中心)〔(四川省体育中心-地点信息-EEmap-互动地图|Map+Wiki|卫星地图|旅游|标注|搜索|社区|电子地图 )〕 is a multi-use stadium in Chengdu, China which is currently used mostly for football matches.
The stadium holds 39,225, opened on 28 December 1991 and was home to the Chengdu Blades, a football club in China League One, the second tier of the Chinese football pyramid.
It was one of the venues for the group stages of the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup. It hosted six games in total.
Canadian singer Avril Lavigne was the first occidental artist to perform at the stadium on September 30, 2008. It was part of her Best Damn Tour.
